Shipping / Delivery / Returns

Shipping for Australia wide is via standard Australia Post and is a standard flat rate of $11. If you are local and have selected FREE local delivery, please enter your address to check if you are within the radius for local delivery. We also offer FREE shipping on orders over $150. This is automatically applied at checkout. Currently we only ship within Australia. 

We aim to dispatch your order within 2-4 days. Moon & Stone is a small business and each product is thoughtfully hand made, and we do our very best to fulfill your order in a timely manner. If the product you have ordered has been ordered as a "pre order" the estimate time of dispatch will be noted on our site when purchasing. Please be mindful of this noted date as we cannot get a pre order item to you any sooner than is noted. 

Due to the nature of the product, we do not offer returns or refunds. Please carefully read through the ingredients list and see if this product is suited for you. If there is something faulty or that you may consider unsatisfactory with your product when you receive it i.e. broken in any away, please take a photo and email it through to us within 7 days of receiving it and we will review it. Once reviewed, a new product will be sent to you. 

Each batch of the Moon & Stone range may vary in colour, scent and texture due to the natural ingredients and their time of harvest, varying from batch to batch. This is not considered to be a fault and adds to the experience and beauty of natural ingredients.
